THE COMPANY’S MANUFACTURES FOR SALE ARE:
Pig-iron, ferro silicon, rough bars, rolled iron, steel castings, steel ingots, chains and
drawn wire, steam hammers, frame-work constructions, motor trollies, sawn and planed
wood goods, charcoal, tar, turpentine, wood spirit, wood oil and other by-products
from the charcoal retorts.
SOME FACTS ABOUT THE MANUFACTURES.
We have already mentioned that Ljusne-Woxna is the largest producer in the
world of wrought iron by the Lancashire process. It would probably be superfluous
to point out to foreign readers the superior qualities of this product as compared with
those of ingot metal.
For certain purposes the Lancashire product is still unsurpassed. The rough
bars are stamped L.T.S., R.W-n and S.L.
The rolled iron is marked L.W.
The Company’s make of chains is celebrated. Every chain is carefully tested
previous to delivery.
The Company has fifty years’ experience in the manufacture of steam hammers.
"Ljusne-Woxna" has made a speciality of its motor trolley manufactures for the
past ten years and is now undoubtedly the leading firm in this branch. Its new patented
"Overseer" trolley forms an important item in the development of the means of
communication of to-day.
