For an explanation of the style of building, the direction of the pipes, the corridors &c., which are similar to those of the Prison for Penal-labour, the reader is referred to jPI. Jtf.

The steam-boiler, forcing-pump, and sewer-drains, are placed, as in the Prisons for Penal-labour, in the cellars.
