at South Georgia. Three are not found in subantarctic seas, but in
more northern latitudes, two are more or less universal.

When my collections are worked out, the percentage of endemics will
be increased, probably also the subantarctic species. The general character
of the flora of the Graham-region discloses, as faras can be judged from
the very incomplete list, and from my unpublished observations, several
interesting, probably ancient, endemic types, and a large percentage of
subantarctic, especially magellanian species. Nothing favours the
so-called bipolar forms.
